An initial conversation about your brief, your site and what success looks like for the project — no obligation, no fee.
Week 1Survey
A full measured survey of the existing building and site, forming the accurate baseline every later drawing is built on.
Week 2Design
Concept options are developed and refined with you into a single agreed direction, then worked up into a full design.
Weeks 3–6Planning
We prepare and submit the planning application, then manage correspondence with the local authority through to decision.
Weeks 7–18Approval
Conditions are reviewed and, where needed, discharged — so the permission you hold is genuinely ready to build from.
Weeks 18–20Construction Drawings
Technical and structural detail is developed into a fully coordinated, contractor-ready drawing package.
Weeks 19–24Completion
We stay on call through the build, resolving queries on site and signing off the finished work against the drawings.
